This tool is a simple 3D viewer for Gerber files. It's only displaying PCBs, and is primarily intended as a validation tool to review Gerber files before sending them to a PCB fab house.
Only recent Windows (Vista and later) are supported so far, 32bits and 64bits.
Step 1: Drop gerber files here. . Gerber Editors / Viewers, ODB Viewers, Data Conversion / Translation Software. 3D CAD / CAM Software Tools & Models With this viewer you can upload your Gerber files and have a 360 degree view of your PCB design. Launch the viewer. It is called 3D Gerber Viewer from Mayhew Labs. This is a gerber file viewer, it is free to use, but it does more than an average gerber viewer. It shows You how your PCB will look in 3D. It may not the best for checking for errors, for this I use a simple gerber viewer called Gerbv. But the 3D Gerber Viewer. It is very similar to the Mayhew Labs online Gerber viewer, except it’s offline (and has a few different features). My tool is program for Windows (32bits or 64bits) that use OpenGL for visualization (you will need a decent/recent video card). You can simply drag and drop Gerber files on it, or use the command line to configure it more deeply. To save on disappointment, please double check your design files for errors in our Online Gerber Viewer or otherwise. We will not be held responsible for errors in the files. Whenever the application terminates with a Lua error, that error has been reported online automatically. To help identify errors that happened to you, please fill in the user configuration option (see hacking below). If for some reason you don't want to effortlessly contribute to improving this wonderful software that you got for free, you can disable error reports by setting the report_errors configuration option to false (no link to the hacking section here, you're on your own to find it :D).

Mayhew Gerber Viewer Knife
This tool was inspired by the Mayhew Labs online 3D Gerber viewer. It was started to overcome some limitations from the Mayhew Labs viewer.
The logo was inspired by another kind of Gerber. Hopefully it will be seen as a tribute rather than a copyright infringement.
